• Please make sure you have your total confirmed before clicking the Submit Order button. Because you are buying a product with a software license, we will not accept returns or grant refunds.
• If you have ordered an electronic copy of the handbook you should receive 2 emails. If you have not received the 2nd email with the link to the pdf version of the handbook with the license number, please check your SPAM and/or Junk Mail folder to retrieve your license and link.
